興行の在留資格をもって在留する外国人に対して
支払義務を負う報酬の全額を支払っていることを証する
次のいずれかの文書

①興行契約に係る契約書の写し

②上記外国人が報酬を受けたことを証する領収書，銀行口座への振込記録（写し）

③給与台帳等報酬を支払ったことを証する会計帳票（写し）

④非居住者・外国法人の所得についての所得税徴収高計算書（納付書）等の納税関係書類

⑤決算書及び法人税申告書（写し）
